Right to retract

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the product by the consumer. Provided that the order has been confirmed by FRANCINE JOAILLERIE to the customer by email. Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact without any damage or opening. Under these conditions, they will be reimbursed with the exception of return costs by bank check sent to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
